You can easily make a reservation using the reservation form. As soon as we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation.<br\/><br\/>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this confirmation, the following conditions apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A deposit of 40% is required within 1 week.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For stays of 6 nights or fewer, the full amount must be paid within 7 days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your reservation is only final once we have received your (down) payment; you will receive a confirmation of this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you book within 4 weeks before arrival, we ask that the full amount be paid within 7 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation and Insurance<\/strong><br\/>Deposits are non-refundable, unless we confirm the cancellation due to force majeure (such as official travel restrictions issued by the French or Dutch government).<br\/>For all other unforeseen circumstances, we recommend taking out a cancellation insurance policy to cover any possible costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Damage and Liability<\/strong><br\/>Any damage to our property, buildings, or animals will be charged to the person who made the reservation.
